Dragon Medical is an advanced technology which Healthcare Connections Partners deploy for the benefit of their healthcare customers, to improve the productivity of their busy doctors and reduce the cost of documentation.
Achieving success as a Nuance Healthcare Connections Partner
To be successful, partners should have expertise in some or all of the following areas: physician practice IT, medical information systems, services and speech recognition solutions. Partners must have the capabilities and resources to provide customers with "cradle to grave" services.
Partnership Program Recognition Levels
There are three levels in the Healthcare Connections Partner Program: Advantage, Premier and Elite. Achievement of the respective level is based upon a combination of healthcare expertise, the level of certification, the investment in staff to meet customer needs and requirements, as well as the establishment of first and second levels of customer technical support, and the achievement of the agreed sales objectives.
Authorised partners are offered informational webinars, meetings and/or conference calls, and re-certify their staff with each new version of Dragon Medical.

Partner Commitment
Nuance Healthcare partners must commit to the following objectives:
- Actively participate in the creation of a healthy and profitable channel, from the Value Added Reseller to the distributor to the vendor.
- Invest in dedicated resources and personnel to support and expand usage of Dragon Medical with a focus on ambulatory care.
- Increase knowledge and capabilities in the healthcare market and remain open to exploring new and emerging markets as opportunities arise.
- Develop an action plan on how to capture market opportunities on a rolling 12 months basis.
- Achieve a jointly-agreed quarterly revenue according to partner recognition level.
