Healthcare Connections Partners are independent software and services companies which supply the product Dragon Medical combined with a suite of customer services including consulting, customisation, training and technical support. Partners provide “cradle to grave” services, support and guidance to their customers who are either considering, implementing, or are already “live” on a medical information system.

Closed Sales Channel: Partner Authorisation Required

In order to provide a high quality Value Added Reseller eco-system, Nuance Healthcare has chosen a “closed channel,” which requires all partners to obtain authorisation for Nuance Healthcare products prior to quoting, selling and delivering them to customers. This approach benefits our customers by ensuring they receive the highest level of value-added services and support needed to reach their goals.

Achieving Success as a Nuance Healthcare Partner

To be successful, partners should have expertise in some or all of the following areas: physician practice IT, medical information systems, services, and speech recognition solutions. Partners must have the capabilities and resources to provide customers with “cradle to grave” services.

Nuance Healthcare has determined that these capabilities can only be delivered by partners whose offerings benefit the addition of speech recognition to their value-added products and services. This approach is critical to our partner community as it protects authorised partners from unauthorised resellers, who may try to sell the product and services to authorised partners’ prospects and customers. It is valuable to Nuance Healthcare as well, since it ensures that all our customers receive the appropriate level of support and services.
